Made the traditional way using more fruit and less sugar, Single Variety Co. went from selling Jams and Marmalades at the local market to moving into their first Jam factory to match the growing demand.

Single Variety Co. was handling their paid ads management in-house and early-on positive signals led them to think DTC was an opportunity for growth. However, creative resources and knowledge to drive true online growth was missing.
Their email flows were also not well executed and they understood the importance of them as they were about to acquire a significant amount of new customers in 2024 and beyond.
After a thorough market analysis and a deep understanding of the brand's online store historical performance, we crafted and tested dozens of new creatives to find what truly resonated with their audience. As we were targeting an older audience, our main messaging was mainly emotion-based i.e. this Jam will bring back old memories with its traditional taste.
After testing branded VS native content, we quickly found out that BTS content, founder ads, Back In Stock and mouth-watering UGC creatives were delivering the highest returns.
Their Klaviyo flows were also a weak point and within 45 days, we completely revamped their core flows, adding visual consistency, educational content and offers to drive repeat purchases delivering a 117% revenue increase YoY.
